Pan Frying Dumplings

1. Warm the pan. With medium flame, spread a little oil evenly on the pan.

2. Place dumpling one by one onto the pan. Thereafter add a little water.

Note: With frozen dumpling, the water level should reach half the height of the dumplings.

3. Cover the pan with a lid. When the water is almost evaporated, turn down the flame and continue cooking to ensure the dumpling is completely cooked.

4. When the bottom of the dumplings turns golden brown, they are done.

Gentle reminder: place the dumplings such that the bottom which is golden brown faces up so that the dumplings will remain crispy.
