Q: Is there a minimum quantity for the order?
A: The minimum order quantity for dumplings is 50, and the quantity should be in multiples of 50. The minimum order quantity for steamed bun is 10, and the quantity should be in multiples of 10.

Q: Is the delivery service available island wide?
A: Currently the delivery service is only available for areas around Ang Mo Kio, Yio Chu Kang, Punggol, Seng Kang, Hougang, Eunos, Kembangan, Marine Parade, Paya Lebar, Geylang, Aljunied, Kallang and Boon Keng.

Q: How much is the delivery charge?
A: The delivery charge is $3 for orders below $50. For orders $50 and above, free delivery is provided.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A: 3 to 5 days.

Q: What time is the delivery made?
A: We will call you to confirm the delivery timing. Do ensure that you enter your contact number and address when you make the order.

Q: Can i self-pickup my order?
A: Yes, you may self-pickup your order at 5 Buangkok Green (near Hougang Street 51). We will call you to let you know when you order is ready for pickup.

Q: What is the mode of payment?
A: Cash on delivery/collection.
